Hello, I would like to take this time to introduce myself. My name is Julie L. Belshe. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I studied psychology in College up in Northern California. Decided to become a hairdresser, what better profession to listen to people’s lives and make them feel Beautiful at the same time.
